Looking very sorry for itself. The unofficial car park along two sides is a fairly recent addition I don't know how they are allowed to park like that.
I'm sorry I didn't ask if there are leaks inside the garage. The roof looks fine ....I think. There are two cracks though near the main entrance on Lansdowne Way.
