We should find out whether Kenneth Erskine, aka "the Stockwell strangler", has been successful in his appeal against his murder conviction. Erskine, then 24, was convicted in 1988 for strangling seven pensioners and is serving a minimum of 40 years for the crimes.

I will keep back some comments relating to the current Seyi murder trial until it is over, as it is not appropriate to assume guilt until we have a guilty verdict.
