Kennington man killed in New Cross

On Tuesday (28 July 2009) afternoon Nathan Williams, 24, from Kennington was shot in Ludwick Mews, New Cross while turning his car around outside his girlfriend's grandfather's house. From reports it appears that it may have been a revenge attack on the wrong person - a neighbour alleges Mr Williams was shot after being mistaken for someone in a similar car who had earlier argued with a group of men.

Thank you for commenting. All comments are moderated so it may be a short while before you see your comment on the blog. I will keep back some comments relating to the current Seyi murder trial until it is over, as it is not appropriate to assume guilt or innocence until we have a verdict. I know this is painful to some people who have taken the trouble to comment, but I ask you to be patient.
